This website publishes Draft Standard 0.1.0 as one unified normative release. The versioned prose, schemas, conformance artifacts, protocol pin, and six SDK pins are released together.

The interpretation of capitalized requirement terms is defined by MWP-FND-001 under BCP 14. Clause identifiers remain stable references within this release.
